How much is the ACT First Home Owners Grant?

The ACT First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) was previously $7,000 but does not apply for purchases after 30 June 2019.

The FHOG has effectively been replaced by the Home Buyers Concession Scheme which provides an exemption of stamp duty for those that are eligible.
