Interest rates, lender product details, fee structures and policy descriptions shown on the Site are sourced from lenders and aggregator data feeds and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication. They are indicative only and are subject to change without notice. Lender pricing and policy can change daily. Eligibility for advertised rates depends on factors including loan-to-value ratio, loan amount, security type, applicant credit profile, income evidence and lender-specific underwriting. We do not warrant that any particular rate or product will be available to you. The Credit Quote we provide to you before lodgement will set out the specific terms applicable to your application.

The calculators on this Site (repayment, borrowing power, stamp duty, LMI and others) produce indicative estimates based on the assumptions disclosed alongside each tool. They are decision-aids, not formal assessments. Actual outcomes from a lender will depend on full underwriting and the lender's current policy. Stamp duty calculations are based on state revenue office schedules current at the publication date shown and may not reflect recent amendments. First home buyer concessions, grants and exemptions are subject to additional eligibility criteria — confirm with the relevant state revenue office or with us before relying on a calculated figure.
